Child Welfare SA Kgotsong (002-661 NPO)  is one of 164 member organizations affiliated to Child Welfare South Africa.

The Organization was founded by the late Dr. Rev. MF Koena in 1991 and was legally registered as an NPO in September of 1999. 

Our funded mandate is to provide free Social Work services to households in Bothaville in the Lejweleputswa District of the Free State province. Our service area commences at House number 6000 in Kgotsong, Bothaville to House number 8899. We also serve households 10301 and upwards as well as all informal settlements in Bothaville. 

We have a staff capacity of over 600 individuals including both permanent and temporary appointments. Innocent Mwatsiya is our Social Worker and Office Manager and he works with Ms. Manko Kalake, the Social Auxilliary Worker as well as Ms. Mookho Nyamane the Administration Clerk.

All our staff members are involved in work that is aimed at providing the community we serve with reasonable access to quality Social Welfare services.

It is our sincere commitment that we want to mantain a holistic client response system and to ensure the development of a resilient community. We try our best to ensure that every client who comes into contact with us is fully attended to.
